Pastor Davis is a significant voice of Christianity throughout the world. His diligent expository teaching is based on the historical and revelatory context in which the Bible is written. His non-traditional illustrations and biblical explanations clearly communicate the infallible truths of God’s word.

Pastor Davis is a native of Dallas Texas and a product of the Dallas Public School system, having graduated from Roosevelt High School in 1969. He received his Biblical Training from Christ for the Nations Institute in Dallas, Texas.

He received salvation in 1974 and served faithfully in ministry until being led by God to establish the Totally Committed Christian Outreach Center.

Stepping out on faith, with the support of his wife First Lady Margie Davis and nine other adults, who believed that God was going to do the unexpected, Pastor Davis founded the Totally Committed Christian Outreach Center of Duncanville, Texas in September 1994.
The journey to establish the ministry was one of faith and dedication for Pastor Davis and the charter members of TCCOC. The First church services were held in the home of a member, then in hotels, then in store-fronts and purchased time slots from other churches. in six short years the TCCOC edifice was complete.

Pastor Davis is a man that baste in wisdom and is solid in his convictions. His humility allows him to connect with the old as well as the young.
